They were very very good. We were afraid that the flavor would not be the same as those in the heart of Latacunga but the truth is they were excellent. They give you a nickname with chicharrón at the entrance, a delight!The price may be a little high but once in a while it is worth it. We ordered two chugchucaras and two colas and paid 19

Branch located on the outskirts of Salcedo. The restaurant maintains the excellent traditional dishes and generous portions. The restaurant used to have tables outside but this last time they had already been removed
